- A large V-tool: 16-6 or BIGCPVG 30 degree Denny
- #3 and #5 gouges at 1/4"
- #3 gouge at 1/8"
- #3 gouge at 1/2"
- #11 gouge (a U gouge) at 1/4" or 1/2" ... Cascade Carvers and Drake Knives can provide these tools if you wish.
